Dear Shoe Care Supplies,

My first impression about your service was great; I received my order right away, thanks for that.
But when I opened my package I noticed that the smallest size of the clear toe savers didn't match, one has two holes and  the other one three, also they are different brands, I couldn't use because I don't want to have one shoe with three nails and the other one with two; I'm very detail oriented and can't take this mismatch look.
The big size I ordered is perfect, the only pair I could use.
