Hey Joe,
I was initially super excited that I was buying online from a "real person" with a sense of "old school" quality and service. I watched your short video and it's clear you care and have a solid business. Everything was okay except the boot stretcher arrived with the spring having fallen off and the ball and loop doesn't align. The ball hits the side of the loop. what at first looked like a bombproof device that will last generations may have turned out to be another funky knock-off product from China. I can't believe whoever packed the device didnt notice the two arms did not align. anyway, I plan to try and bend it into place rather than go through the time and effort to send it back. maybe a closer look at what is being shipped would be a good idea. other than that, I suspect once I tweek it into place my tailor's bunion from 45 years of rock climbing and back country skiing will be much happier.

Well build product and it works! The product look not very pretty but it really helps to stretch certain spot you want.
Cons: it leaves the shape of round ball and make your shoe have the wrinkles marks but you can use Meltonian to help smoothing your shoe leather. I wish they could make the ball head that can be changed to different head sizes / different shape (square). The big ball head sometime can't reach to the certain part of the shoe that is a small area or the very bottom end of your shoe that you want to stretch it.

A Miracle and yet so simple	February 25, 2014

For over a year I have been plagued by excruciating bunions and was unable to find a shoe that I could tolerate. My podiatrist shaved them and tortured me in the process. My dermatologist gave me urea which got rid of the dead skin but not the pain. So I wore sandals through the harshest winter in decades. That is all history thanks to the bunion stretcher.

I was going to take some shoes to consign that were high end, like Donald Pliner and Stuart Weitzman because they hurt my feet. Instead, I bought a bunion and a shoe stretcher. I now plan to wear these shoes again. So what I invested in your products, should pay off in shoes

I first found out about a bunion strecther from a local Bass Shoe store that used it on a pair of shoes for my wife. She has had terrible problems with getting shoes to be comfortable for many years. Thanks to the stretcher, all her shoes are now comfortable.
