I bought this leather dye after my one year old seriously scuffed her new metallic platinum moccasins. I was THRILLED with how the dye took, and they looked brand new after just one coat! I am so happy to have found this product, and plan on buying several more colors.

Scuffs on synthetic shoes	March 12, 2013

I damaged a pair of mirrorred silver pumps. I had scuffed the synthetic material, leaving behind black scuff marks. Although the dye is not mirrored, the metallic finish is similar enough to the original finish. It covered the black marks nicely although it did need a few coats. Overall, my shoes looks much better now that the scuffs are concealed!

I bought one bottle, but it was not enough to cover a mid-size purse that was orange. the color was still coming trough. I just received another order of the dye, so I will do the touch ups. the dye is very good, but the sponge is too flmsy, it fell apart.

I tried to cover black shoes with silver &/or antique silver metallic dye. Fortunately, I used old black shoes...didn't cover...should have known that black would be too hard to cover.

This product was fantastic, completely covering the scuffed toes of my sandles and dying a pair of gold heels metallic silver. The shoes looked completely new. I would buy this product again or recommend it to anyone.
