These are ingeniously designed to grip your heels, from the tactile suede surface, to the little ridge that holds your heel in your shoe. A godsend to people with narrow heels like me.

I use these in many of my shoes and have found it difficult to find the suede heel grips. These are just what I was looking for. The suede keeps the heel in place much better than the newer rubber or gel-like pads.

These work pretty well. They are comfortable but require a little extra room in your shoe! If your shoes doesn't have extra room then these most likely would not be a good choice.

These are soft and comfy and they feel good also on bare feet. They are relatively thin, so if your shoes flop a lot, they won't help.
