Some earlier reviews I read stated the brush shed quite a bit the first few times of use - I did not find that to be true with the one I bought ! Nice, quality brush..

Nice dense bristles, and polishes up my boots to an excellent shine. For the first 10 minutes or so, it will shed bristles then stop. I have not seen any shed bristles in a few weeks.

I am very pleased this item is made in the United States, but it shed worse than my dog on first use.  Hopefully it quits that after continued use.

I needed a soft bristle brush to clean a hand made bridle leather briefcase, I found SCS on Google and called for advise. They were polite and direct and I bought the product immediately. I was advised against spending the extra money for UPS which would have ensured delivery for Friday and it arrived on Saturday USPS as promised. I ma far from easy to satisfy and this was a wholly satisfying experience.
