I like the boot stretcher. The issue I had was, I received the wrong size the first time. A new one was shipped out and a return label was furnished. It not a cheap product, but it appears well built.

Saved me hundreds of dollars.	January 12, 2015

The only "shoes" I wear are cowboy boots. A couple of years ago I broke my right heel when I was blown off a ladder in a storm. While the heel healed completely, the tendons were hyper extended and and my foot remained swollen compared to my left foot. A a result I had several pair of expensive boots that I could not wear - until now. Putting my right boot on the stretcher resolved the problem and sever several pair of $400 - $500 boots from going to Good Will.

The Boot Stretcher is heavy duty and well constructed. It is certainly heavier and beefier than a Boot Stretcher I bought from a different shoe repair company last year which broke during its first use. So far I am really impressed!

This item is well built and I would highly recommend this vendor. Had a little with the shipping during the ice storms, but I am very happy with this item. FYI- because I had a little trouble getting this item the vendor has sent another one to make sure I received In time. I liked the 1st one so well I will notify the vendor to charge me for the 2nd. A man can not live without his boots.

Amazing - Have many, many boots and as we get older or feet just seem to spread a little. Was almost to a point of having to purchase new boots. This little baby did the trick. Spray a little shoe stretcher on the inside, place this boot stretcher in, turn the handle and overnight, new pair of boots that actually now fit. Should have purchased this years ago. Thanks for saving me a ton of money.

First time I used it the pins came out on both pivot points. I tried to flair the pins and put them back in, one broke the other came out again. I used my tap & die set and put threads on each of the hinged pivot points, put 2 stainless machined screws in and it works perfectly now.
