I am so impressed with these shoe stretchers! They are well made with metal parts and not plastic. I recently bought an expensive pair of utility boots made with leather and a kind of kevlar-like material. I have bunions. The leather and "material" are sewn together inside the shoe with the seam right on top of my bunions. I could not see how the shoe stretcher would be able to stretch the tough "material" but it did. I wear a size 8.5 and bought the 8-1/2 and longer stretchers. The metal bunion attachment was in the perfect position. These boots are now so comfortable. Watch Joe's video -- that's what sold me.

I purchased a pair of professional quality shoe stretchers after watching a helpful video on YouTube. I called & got the help I needed to get the right products for my needs. Shipping was fair & quick. Stretchers are well constructed. They & stretching fluid allow me continue to wear my shoes even with progressing foot arthritis.

The entire order with the exception of shoe stretch that was to be included with the 2 shoe stretchers. The spray stretch I ordered separately was included. I wanted to try both liquid and spray to see which I like best. Tried calling but the number was busy the three times I tried. Not worth it to keep calling.

Love these shoe stretchers! The quality is unbelievable - they work exactly as portrayed. However, I did not receive the stretching fluid. Guess I should contact Customer Service regarding that.
