I'm very happy with the insoles. They keep the cold air from raising off the payment in cold and rainy weather. They arrived very quickly after I ordered them. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to keep warm in the winter. God Bless.

These insoles are a great way to keep feet warm in the winter. They are a little thick in the shoe at first but after about an hour, the nap flattens and you don't notice them at all.
My husband is very happy that I convinced him to get some too.

Insoles are as expected and are both warm and comfortable.

More important, I want to comment on the most excellent customer service I received. I received a call from a Shoe Care employee (man) about having a delay in filling my order. This call was very much appreciated
since I was thinking I should call Shoe Care to see if there was a problem. The man could not have been any nicer and told me just what had happened to the order and wanted to verify if I still wanted the items given the delay. When someone is that courteous and informative I feel the company should be told and should pass the information on to the employee. I had intended to remember his name (I think it was Joe), but did not write it down so I am not certain who called. Perhaps your records relating to my purchase will provide you with an accurate name.

My lambs will insoles were just described. It would have been better if they were a bit wider, but they are fine and at good price.

Purchased these lambswool thermal insoles for two slipper type moccasin shoes I have then really needed this extra comfort. They fit my size 7.5 perfect. True to size. No trimming needed.
