The Deluxe insoles are not easily incorporated into use. Kinesiologically, the arch support confines a person to the shape of the arch with no variability or adjustable utility. Unless a persons foot conforms to the insole it is impossible to be comfortable because the arch is solid, does not provide enough flexibility to adapt to the different foot shapes. They are so uncomfortable that I will never use them. If I could return them , I would.

I bought orthotics from my podiatrist, but they ended just past the arch. It irritated that area of my foot. I found these full length insoles with arch supports online. I have now bought 4 pair and use them in all of my shoes. They're the perfect amount of support.

I bought two pairs of delux leather insoles. Three of the insoles were fine but one kept sliding forward and curling-up under my toes. I used a little "High-Tack" gasket adhesive to hold it in place and so far so good.

the powerstep pro step full length is an awesome insert. my doctor told me to buy thesedue to my bad foot problem. this has really helped me quit hurting and walk better with little to no pain. thank you for this product please keep making it. its a lifesaver thanks again
