Tacco Nova Insert	April 2, 2015

I have two pair of Tacco Nova inserts that work real well. I thought I was ordering the same thing. What I received was Tacco Nova "Arch Support" which is the same size but has a hard plastic layer to it. They don't work for me. Do you have the other kind and will you take these back?

I received my order via US mail last Friday.

I previously purchased one pair of Tacco Nova arch supports @ a shoe store. The arch supports are great. They fit well in all of my shoes & the pain I have been previously encountering in my right arch is almost totally gone within a months period of time. That is why I ordered two more pairs. I will continue to use these arch supports everyday.

I have used a different brand of this style of shoe support for over a year and was quite satisfied. I ordered these (about the same price) and am very disappointed in the quality. They are very flimsy compared to the other brand and do not provide the support they should. Would not recommend this product for anyone.
