metal shoe trees off or more better then the plastic however I can't seem to locate metal trees.I received my package via postal service where I thought the price of shipping was 4 ground shipping UPS or FedEx.the price for shipping was quite high.

Good delivery, came earlier than due date. Product is as seen on the website. Just be careful that the plastic or the metal prongs don't cut your fingers. Use sandpaper or a metal file to smoothen those very sharp edges.
