They perform very well as lifts. The glue used to hold the cushions in a stack, gives up long before the lift cushions wear out. My cobbler has suggested using an additional glue to hold the cushions in a stack. They function very well, until the adhesive gives up, then it's a chore to re-stack the lifts every time you put on the shoes.

I have used these heel lift cushions for several years. They do an excellent job of relieving discomfort, and cushioning my heels. The pricing at ShoeCareSupplies is also much more reasonable than local shoe repair shops.
