I don't use the brush, so I am not familiar with this product's quality. That is the only reason I scored it Good.

However, I would like to comment on your service/customer experience. I found the website to be easy to navigate and informative. My phone call was handled, by Joe, quickly and with knowledge of the products purchased. Also, the order arrived quite fast. I will purchase again.
