Joe that took my order- excellent employee and very knowledgeable -I had the largest shoe store in Northern AZ. called Walk-N-Comfort -located in the Frontier Village shopping center ,Prescott ,Az. Sold and retired but still work on shoes for folks as I learned a lot from the podiatrist in my area and also wrote good foot articles in our local paper -Nice to get a man on the phone that knew right away what I was talking about in a shoe stretcher ( first order ) Thanks so much . .... Packing/packaging needs to be improved ... About 10% if the bottle leaked out during shipping all over inside of shipping carton.
