This is my second brush as I have a dark bristle and needed a light one. I first rinsed the bristles with cold water and worked the brush over a terry cloth towel to work loose the bristles that inevitably will fall out because they may be weak or not seated properly. THIS IS NORMAL to lose some bristles on a new brush. After it dried I polished up a few pairs of shoes and it worked great.

These are the best brushes I have seen in 30 years. My old brushes were lost in a recent move and I am happy I found your website. These brushes are large and very thick, not like the small ones you see in department stores. Also excellent service, delivered across the country in just three days. Arrived boxed and in perfect condition. Thank you for supplying such a great product.
