The owner immediately contacted me about my order to let me know that one of the large brushes included in the kit was on back-order. He gave me the option to send two of the same color brushes or I could wait for the order to come in. I opted to wait but I really appreciated the outreach and personal touch. Once I received the items everything was top-notch and as described. Great experience. I will purchase from this site again for any future shoe care needs. Thanks!
