These do not have the metatarsal support. I have bought these for years in shoe repair stores. They all have a raise in the metatarsal area. What happened? The packaging says ”supports metatarsal area of foot”. Please explain.

These supports work great for my husband who works on his feet all day. They fit comfortably and relieve the stress on his arches. Definitely a product that works.

WOW! over the phone the worker was SO pleasant, agreed to call me back to help me with a problem I'd encountered with the 'submit' button AND he did! I can almost smell the shoe shop 'leather' fragrance over the phone line.

Package arrived much sooner than I could expect (cause they packed it the same day!)...I live in the Midwest, but everyone is saying the mail is 'delayed' like at my insurance company etc.

Secure packing, and ALL was there... so pleased I have found a Shoe Shop supply site I can trust! Will definitely ORDER again and RECOMMEND to all...

OH! items on the website aligned with good quality brands/supplies like I'd have found in my Wahpeton ND shoe shop, where those folk care for their community too!

Product not as pictured. The one I had ordered had the black plastic on the bottom and a red heel pad. The ones I received had neither. I am used to wearing the ones with the hard plastic bottom and the heel pads for arch support and heel pain.

Love the Taccos!	January 6, 2020

I'd had a pair of the taco arch supports in years past and liked them but hadn't been able to find them again locally. Found them online and ordered the Nova Arch support for both myself and my partner. He was skeptical and wanted to keep his other brand which was much thicker but he eventually tried them. He Loved them and finally understood why I'd insisted on getting them. They are much thinner and more supportive than what you typically find in stores but they have little cushions in the heal and ball region that softens the impact. The pain in his heals has almost gone away as has mine.

The Tacco Nova arch insoles are such a wonderful addition to shoes that may lack enough support. I wore them in a pair of casual sneakers while traveling and they vastly improved my experience of walking around 12 miles a day. what a joy for touring in France. Thank you.
