One item in my order was out of stock. Rather than contact me to offer a substitute brand, the packing slip indicated I would get a refund. Since I live in rural area where good shoe care supplies are not available, I am SOL when it comes to the polish I ordered. I'm not ordering one container of polish and pay shipping costs greater than the cost of the item. And, by the way, it's been two weeks since my order was placed and no refund has been forthcoming.
