Ordered Tarrago Suede Renovator for my suede jacket and shoes. Works very well for restoring the colors to near-new. He had Navy Blue in stock, which is very hard to find as a suede renovator. Also ordered Beige - not Medium Brown or Dark Brown - for my tan-colored (light brown) desert boots, no longer looks faded. These renovators won't - and are not meant to - cover stains, yet boots and jacket now look sharp.
Professional attitude "customer comes first" attitude, prompt with email reply and easy to deal with on the phone too. When he is busy he will answer you promptly, take your phone number and offer to phone you back, even if it is long distance.
A pleasure to deal with.
