I love these insoles my dr referred me to shoecaresupplies are the best I ordered one pair when my dr told me about these and just recently I ordered 3 more pairs they are so comfortable and my arches have fell in my feet I thought I would never get comfortable in any shoe I wore but these are amazing If you have any problems like me these are so comfortable

My orthopedic doc highly recommended these insoles and I now have them in every every pair of hiking boots or sneakers, but I got two pairs for my son who is a professional waiter.
