My grandfather made shoes and worked in a shoe factory. I have grown up with leather shoes and have always known how to take care of them. Trying to find the items so that you can has become a challenge in this time of disposable items and sneakers. My Mom needed some way to stop her foot from sliding in a shoe and wondered where the "corduroy" heels had gone to. Thank you for having the supplies you need, when you need them.

These thin heel liners are just the thing I need to keep the lining of my Easy Spirit clogs from wearing out where my orthotic apparently slides up and down. I trim them down a bit at the bottom (following the contour). Do make sure to press them in firmly to keep the edge securely in place. Make sure to place where desired without moving them, once in place, as they may not adhere as well if they're moved. I haven't seen corduroy heel liners since I was a kid (45 years ago), but these are not quite actual corduroy, as the name suggests, but do the job.

If your shoes fit just right and you don't want to lose space, these are the heel grips for you. They are very thin, yet strong.
