06/21/2017, Inv #165692 my first order with you. Looking for Meltonian but they were out of business. You promised that the TRG colors were identical to the Meltonian. I ordered Black #2 & Dark Brown #10. Both colors matched. No complaints. 03/25/2002, I ordered Black #2, Brown #10, & Light Brown #6. Black appears to be right. Dark Brown #10 was Tarrago brand = about 2 shades darker. Light Brown # 6 was Tarrago brand = almost red. I sent email asking how to get the order fixed. 03/31/20 11:08 a.m. Joe called me about my email. Stated that he would send a return mailing label so I could send the wrong products back. As of today, I have not received the return mailing label. ????
