I bought the Boot instep stretcher an at that time they ran out but they called me to let me know they have some on the way and if I want by money back or wait for them to come in.
The company GAVE me some shoe stretch liquid for waiting for the item to come in. How many companies do that for you nowadays. Also you may receive items in a recycled box and everything is packed safely. Recycled

I have purchased both the Mallory boot Instep/vamp stretcher and the Mallory boot vamp/shaft stretcher from shoe care. Both are high quality and perform as advertised. Should last a lifetime. Shoe care provides quick excellent service as well. I would recommend these products.

many of my boots shrunk in the Louisiana flood, this unit is stretching them out enough to get them on and spray them with shoe stretch

I haven't tried it yet but I am very excited. I have thick ankles and wide feet. I have boots that are tight around the ankles, now I have a product that can stretch this area.
