I have flexible flat foot, which means that my feet get flatter the longer I'm on them; and, I have narrow feet, so my feet tend to slide to the toe. These tongue pads help tremendously in keep my feet in place.

Have used these and they are great. Several great shoes that seem to have slightly elongated tongues that cut into front of my ankles and these pads take care of & eliminate this problem as well as generally making shoes fit better. Use them in several shoes.

Easy to order. Received product quickly. Shipping was a little high. Product tends to turn up under the tongue (i.e. Stickum not holding pad down). Most likely will order again in the future.
