The stretcher is very easy to use. Along with the Shoe Stretch Liquid, I was able to get a pair of shoes to fit me in under 20 minutes! I love this thing!

Joe is so awesome! I called him and he told me what to order.  I actually ordered the wrong thing and he called me back and changed the order.  I never would have known.  The shoe stretcher is great after just one night for each shoe I feel a massive difference!  Thanks Joe!

Used the stretchers (bought 2) on slippers (suede ), took two stretches to get them large enough, but that was to be expected. Used them on a pair of leather shoes and was also satisfied.
You do have to be sure to expand them far enough. If it doesn't work the first time, expand them further.
Very satisfied, would recommend them to anyone that has a need for this item.
The company shipped quickly and they were well packed.

The 2-way shoe stretcher, size 12-14, is almost too BIG to fit into my size 13D shoes.  I cut
about 1/4" off the bottom rear wooden part of the stretcher to make using the stretcher easier.  Before cutting...it was very difficult to insert and use the stretcher.  Otherwise, I would have rated it 5 stars.

Product: The 2-way professional stretcher works well. However, the user should take care not to apply excessive torque to the handle when increasing width. The hard steel threads of the main shaft may strip the threads of a less hard internal metal part that forces a wedge forward.
