I was seeking to order Lexol 1008 which normally comes in an orange container similar to the color of the Lexol conditioner. I received the original formula in the gray container which is what Joe indicated he used for shoes. The assistance with the order was nevertheless very good.

Conditioning shoes in the desert dryness	October 12, 2017

Moving to Las Vegas 18 months ago, I was cautioned by a friend to condition leather to prevent drying out and cracking. I had talked to Joe and originally ordered Lexol. Just ordered a second bottle. Works fine and my shoes look great!!

This conditioner is great. Will keep your shoes looking sharp and new even without polish. If you have tan/light brown shoe that you don't want to polish fearing a change in color use Lexol conditioner, it may darken the color a little bit but it will help you polish less so you have the stitching and the leather looking more natural.
